  • Admin: Workspace admin tasks as required.

Silver

  • Helpdesk: Helpdesk support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. 4 hour max response.
  • Admin: Workspace admin tasks as required.
  • Security: Basic security management.
  • Add-ons: 3rd party tool support as required.
  • Advice: General technology advice.
  • On/offboarding: On and offboarding processes.

Gold
