In 2021, with the support of Sustainable X, we aligned our businesses sustainability efforts to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

We are excited to have joined the ScotlandIS Critical Friends programme. The programme aims to bridge the IT skills gap by pairing industry experts with local high schools who can advise on study topics and provide resources.
By having a dedicated contact, the hope is that students will be inspired to choose computing science subjects and go on to pursue a career in the field.

The technology sector is expanding rapidly, however, diversity remains a challenge for all. We are working with our recruitment partners and industry groups to create an authentic strategy to tackle diversity at Cobry.
Since creating our own action plan, we are increasingly engaging with customers to understand their climate ambitions & have established a committee to drive forward positive impact internally and externally.
Continuous professional development is central to how Cobry operates. This year, we will record the technical training hours conducted per employee to ensure that our people are best placed to provide the support our customers need.
Being built on Google Cloud means that Cobry benefits from reduced energy consuption. To understand our energy consumption as individuals we are taking steps to measure and reduce our energy consumption at home.
